The Lost One and the Lesson of Restraint

There comes a point in every debate where the truth no longer requires repetition...

I encountered one who calls himself a truth-seeker but speaks like a challenger, not a listener. He came armed with scripture he did not understand and accusations he had already rehearsed. His aim to twist the Word into contradiction, to corner my faith as if God could be trapped in human logic.

He called me dishonest because I would not bend to his circular demands. He confused my restraint for fear. But restraint is sovereignty. I do not speak to win arguments; I speak to illuminate. And when illumination is rejected, silence is the Golden thumb.

I’ve learned that some speak not to learn but to perform their unbelief. These are the lost ones.. convinced that loudness is proof of intellect, that cynicism is depth. But I am not here to argue with lost ones; I am here to remind them that truth remains unmoved by their disbelief.

So I stood my ground, calm, unshaken, God-enthralled, a queen who knows how to let the wind carry her words..

Because true control isn’t proven in shouting matches.
It’s proven in knowing you’ve already won — by refusing to descend into their noise.
