Hey Ladies,
Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what it means to really know yourself again. I’ve seen so many women, myself included get caught up in situations where we lose track of who we are. Sometimes it’s a relationship, sometimes it’s the weight of expectations, and sometimes it’s just life itself pulling us in a hundred directions.
I want to speak to the woman who’s starting over, who’s trying to step back into her own skin. Maybe you’ve had a season where you didn’t recognize yourself. Maybe you felt like you had to bend, hide, or shrink parts of who you are just to survive. I see you, and I honor that struggle.
Here’s what I’ve learned: healing is messy, and growth isn’t linear. There are good days where you feel unstoppable, and there are days where everything feels heavy. But each day, good or bad.is a step toward reclaiming your power, your joy, and your identity.
Give yourself permission to feel all of it. Embrace your strength and your softness. Let your femininity, in all its layers, guide you—not society, not anyone else. Your journey is yours alone, and it’s worth every ounce of patience and love you give yourself.
Keep showing up for you, even when it’s hard. Celebrate the small victories, protect your peace, and surround yourself with people who see you. The woman you are becoming is powerful, whole, and undeniable.
Remember: you’re not starting over. you’re continuing your story, with more clarity and purpose than ever before.
With love,
Leata
