Being Exposed to the Rona!

Girl, let me tell you about that moment during this whole Covid mess when they hit you with that news: "You might have been exposed." It's like a punch in the gut, you know?

You try to do everything right. Keep your distance, limit your circle, follow all the rules. But still, there's that risk looming over you.

And then comes the panic. You start replaying every interaction in your mind, thinking about all the people you've been around - your coworkers, your patients, your family. It's terrifying, especially when you think about bringing that risk home to your loved ones.

Waiting for those test results is like torture. Even if you try to stay positive, that "what if" is always there, lurking in the back of your mind.

When the results come back negative, it's like a weight lifted off your shoulders. But if it's positive? It's a whole different story. Entire departments shutting down, chaos everywhere.

Some of us at the center have been through it, you know? That anxiety, that stress, until we finally get the all-clear.

And it's not getting any easier. More and more of us are getting caught up in this uncertainty, getting quarantined to keep everyone safe.

It's rough, sis. I wouldn't wish it on anybody. So please, let's all do our part to stay safe and keep each other healthy.
