Funny how the things that once felt like breaking points turn out to be breakthroughs. At the time, it was raw, messy, and nothing short of painful. But now? Now I see it for what it really was—a necessary ending that made room for something greater.
That chapter taught me to trust my instincts, to stop second-guessing what I knew in my gut. It showed me how easily we shrink ourselves trying to hold onto something that isn’t meant for us. I spent too much time neglecting my own needs, hoping to fix something that was never built to last. And when it finally crumbled, I had no choice but to face the truth: I deserved better.
Walking away wasn’t easy, but it was powerful. In letting go, I made space—for clarity, for self-respect, for the kind of growth that doesn’t come from comfort. And now? Now I stand taller, stronger, and more certain of what I will and won’t accept.
The road wasn’t smooth, but it shaped me. And for that, I’m grateful.
