Don’t Waste Energy on the Unaligned

Don’t Waste Energy on the Unaligned

Some people are a drain. They break promises, dismiss your vision, judge instead of uplift, and vanish when the heat is on. That is not friendship. Not even close.

To attract and keep the right people, you must first be the right person. Be loyal, be consistent, reflect your values, and act with integrity. Life has a way of pruning what doesn’t belong—friends either grow with you or they exit. Surround yourself with those whose principles, goals, and character reflect your own.

When I count my blessings, I thank God first—source of all strength and providence. After that, I recognize the family and allies who enrich my path. Over time, your circle evolves. People depart, but others arrive who make your life lighter, sharper, and richer.

Wisdom passed down through generations still holds: birds of a feather flock together. If you are an eagle, don’t orbit with chickens—they will never fly your altitude.

Focus your energy where it yields growth. Be intentional. Make an impact. Heal your past, anchor in the present, and design your future.

Doctrine to live by: your circle reflects your standards. Raise the standard, and your circle rises...or fades away.
