I've been trying to follow this idea called hypergamy, which basically means marrying up or dating someone of higher social or financial status. I thought if I followed its advice, I could find a rich guy. So, I worked hard to look good, lost weight, dressed up, and went to fancy places where wealthy guys hang out. But despite all my efforts, I haven't attracted anyone, not even a regular guy, let alone a rich one. I even tried dating outside my race, but that didn't work either. Now, I feel bitter, jealous, and angry when I see other women benefiting from hypergamy, getting spoiled by rich men while I'm left alone.
